Psycho Killer!

CAN I PLAY CARDS ONCE THE FIFTH PSYCHO KILLER HAS BEEN PLAYED, OR IS THE GAME OVER?

There is a small amount of time between playing the fifth Psycho Killer and everybody playing their weapon cards in which you can play cards with a Play or Rewind symbol on them (like a cheeky Barricade).
